We arrange your free consultation
During this we get to know you, your wants, wishes and needs then we talk through your options so you can make an informed decision.
We will take your instructions
This is where we will take details of what you would like to happen, your funeral wishes, how you want your assets to be distributed etc.
Draft documents are created and sent
By email, post or both and we will ask you to confirm all the details are correct.
We will revisit you for the attestation service
This is where we formalise all of the documents once you are happy with everything we have put together. In addition, we can provide a witness for you should you require one. Once it is signed and witnessed, it will be completed and legally binding, essentially completing the will writing process.
Handover or storage
Your documents will be left with you for safekeeping or sent to secure storage (if you have chosen this option).
Writing your will is a very simple process that usually takes around two weeks to complete from the initial meeting. In urgent cases, we can complete the process in a matter of days depending on the needs and requirements.
